How it works

Each 30ml Strong shot lists eight active nootropics plus 300mg vitamin C: Noopept 20mg, acetyl L-carnitine 500mg, N-acetyl tyrosine 350mg, centrophenoxine 250mg, magnesium (glycinate) 200mg, L-theanine 160mg, uridine monophosphate 500mg and caffeine 100mg. N-Acetyl Tyrosine (NALT) is a form of L-Tyrosine, an amino acid precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine; no trial comparing NALT with plain L-Tyrosine for cognition was found. L-Theanine with caffeine is the most studied nootropic pairing: in trials the combination improved attention and reaction time more than either alone, though in a controlled trial theanine did not significantly reduce caffeine jitteriness. Centrophenoxine is a cholinergic compound related to DMAE that supports acetylcholine and clears lipofuscin from neurons.

Onset is fast because of the liquid format — most users feel focus and energy within 15-30 minutes (faster than capsule competitors).
